Get Blake Home

Hi everyone,

We have started a GoFundMe for Blake Payton and his family, Chanise, Kylie and Zariah. Blake has been battling Stage 4 Lung Cancer since January 11th, 2019.

He’s gone through multiple chemotherapy's, immunotherapys, radiations and has had a few surgeries, but nothing has worked and the cancer has progressed. Blake has chosen hospice so he can return home to be with his family.

Blake cannot return home from the hospital unless a room in their home is transformed for hospice care. The money being raised will go directly towards bringing Blake the comfort and care he needs in his own home to get released from hospital (medical equipment, hospital bed, medical expenses etc.)

Due to COVID-19, Blake is not allowed any visitors. It is important that Blake is home so his family and friends are by his side. 

Blake is an amazing husband and a loving father of two little girls. He’s the most supportive and fun big brother. He’s a thoughtful and generous son. Anyone that knows Blake, knows just how good of a friend and soul he really is. He’s been a bright light in all of our lives and he’s put up a hell of a fight against this disease. He goes through so much pain due to this cancer and deserves to be with his family while he continues to fight.
