IMSA Dad needs to race in the 370Z

I'm just a simple fan of IMSA's Continental Tire Sports Car Challenge series and trying to help fund a race team that lost their factory backed funding from NISSAN recently. Our goal at IMSA Fans (search Facebook) is to assist Doran Racing and our second favorite race car driver and IMSA Fans Dad BJ Zacharias get on the track this year. They will be racing a NISSAN 370Z in the GS class of the IMSA Continental Tire Sports Car Challenge Series. 

NISSAN recently consolidated their sportscar racing efforts right before the holidays in 2015. This move left many people without jobs and some race teams that relied on the factory backing of NISSAN scratching their heads on how to get their cars on track for the 2016 season. 

These funds will assist the Doran Racing 370Z race team to getting on track, providing jobs for the folks on the team, and letting a crowd favorite race in a series that needs some diversity in the top class (currently just Porsche Cayman GT4s and a Mustang 350R). 

The goal here is to help the team at least get on track for one race this year in hopes of getting some TV time and leading to a potential full time sponsorship. 

We are in no way associated with NISSAN, NISMO, Doran Racing, or IMSA. We are simply fans who want to see a great team and set of drivers on track this season.
