Sean and Lori need our help
Donation protected
In September 2012, Sean was diagnosed with very high risk acute
lymphoblastic leukemia. Sean was looking forward to his senior year of
high school but had to put that aside in order to fight this horrible
disease. His immune system was compromised from chemotherapy, but with
great determination, he still managed to complete his senior year on his own
from home. It was with great pride that he walked across the stage at his
graduation ceremony to receive his diploma with his peers. Sean
still has two more years of treatment to go.
Lori is a single mom and struggles with not being able to spend time with her son because she has to work to make ends meet. Sean often had to stay home alone or be in the hospital sick from the treatments while she has been at work. They faced many hardships this past year, including a four week stay in Vancouver hospital which truly set them back financially. Together they continue to fight this disease.
We want to reach out and show our support for them and make it possible for Lori to continue to be by Sean's side.
