Misty’s surgery and recovery fund

An unfortunate act of another dog owner caused serious injury to Misty, my shih tzu. This happened when an off-leash dog lunged at me and my 3 shih tzu, resulting in me falling on all three of my dogs and breaking Misty’s leg.

I  did not want to ask for help, but, I have no choice. The vet just called and said she’s going to need surgery ASAP!!! The estimate is between $6,100. And $8,100, with post op care for 6 weeks, (not included the estimate. ) 
I just want to cry, I don’t know what else to do.  Please help if you can. I’ll be filing a civil lawsuit when she is healed. 

I have no doubt I will win and am willing to pay back my debt to whoever is willing to help me
