Jake Kahoun Medical Fund

In 2012 my boss and dear friend Jake was diagnosed with stage IV colon cancer. 2012 was a very difficult year for him and his family. He had surgery, six months of chemo,  baby and a new life to adjust to. The next three and half years were filled with numerous doctors visits, scans, colonoscopies and positive attitude. We were all happy that he was slowly moving towards his target of 5 years cancer free. Until May of 2015. On one of his regular CT scans, small mass was detected on his liver. After few months of waiting and testing Jake was diagnosed with liver cancer on Sept.25th, 2015. He will be having a surgery to remove portion of his liver on Nov. 13th. After his hospital stay , Jake will need  to recover and regain his strength. As Jake and family are about to enter the new  5 year round of tests, scans and numerous visits with doctors I am asking you to keep him, his wife Marina Gardakova and little girl Liana Kahoun in your prayers.
Jake, I know you can do this. You beat cancer once , you will do it again.
