5K 2 Repay

During this horrible time, I am trying to find a way to repay all of the first responders who are risking their lives while most of us are at home with our families. As a result, I am creating a challenge called “5K 2 Repay” to help raise money for the “First Responders Children’s Foundation” who has created a COVID-19 Emergency Response Fund. This fund directly helps first responders and their families with emergency financial assistance. It will also help provide food, supplies, rent or mortgage, utility, and childcare assistance.
This challenge requires four steps:
1. Run OR walk a 5K (3.1 miles)
2. Donate $5 to the cause
3. Post a picture of the treadmill, running app, etc. to your Instagram Story
4. Tag five friends to complete the challenge within five days
While the coronavirus pandemic continues to spread, please continue to practice social distancing. This means you SHOULD do this challenge alone or at least 6 feet away from your partner!
The first goal is to get 5,000 people to run or walk a 5K and donate $5 to this great cause. Again, we are doing this to help repay all of the brave first responders out there and to show a small token of our appreciation towards them. Please stay safe, and thank you so much for your generous contributions!
