Jaydas journey to recovery ❤️‍

Donation protected
Jayda’s journey started when she was only a couple weeks old. Her doctor dismissed our concerns about her jaundice getting worse , on dec 25 , Christmas Day we did our own research about what could happen if her jaundice did not go away , we read things that made our heart sink . Brain damage , liver damage , and liver failure is what we read . The day after Christmas we took her to the ER. That’s when they ran several test & we were sent to a different hospital for further evaluation, there concerns were confirmed . She was diagnosed with biliary atresia type2a which is rare liver condition in which her bile ducts are blocked from scar tissue so bile can’t pass through the intestines causing it to build up in the liver causing liver damage and function . Jayda had the kasai procedure to try and fix her bile ducts but it had failed . She now has liver failure , ascites & will be immune compromised and on several medications and constant appointments for the rest her life. She has had several other procedures since & she has been in and out of the hospital her whole 4 months of life. UPDATE: Jayda is now 6 months old and has got her life saving liver transplant there has been many battles with her new liver and has been a bumpy road and after transplant jaydas kidneys stopped working and she is now on dialysis .  Jayda is hooked up to 10 machines at all times to help her this has been so rough for us all . Jayda is now progressing slowly and gettting better everyday .Her dad and I are constantly by her side through it all as she  has  been through so much trauma throughout her life she lives at the hospital to receive the best around the clock care & We are also currently living three hours away from home to be close with Jayda, and still trying to pay our house bills for the house that  We are not currently living in along with all our other bills and everything inbetween we are asking for any help and support along this journey as  I am unable to ever return to work as I will have to be my baby girls full time care giver . & father is also unable to be  working at this time . Jayda is so Strong , and has a long road ahead of her. The support, love and prayers we will forever be grateful for and mean the world to us .
~Please feel free to share our daughters Gofundme acc & pray for our baby girl we would do anything for our baby girl the more prayers the faster the manifestation as we wait for her complete Recovery Thank you ~
