Hi my name is Marilyn Casey and I am fundraising for my Niece, Jennifer Moody, who just found out she has Aggressive Meninges of the brain and centered at the left frontal skull of sphenoid bone under her eye and another one starting under her right eye. Jennifer is a single mom to a beautiful 5 yr. old daughter who is her whole world. She's also a daughter, sister, niece, cousin and friend. Jennifer is a kind, loving, caring and generous person who would give you her last dollar. After several trips to Vermont Jennifer wasn't getting anywhere and decided to get a second opinion. She researched it and found a specialist at NYU in New York City. After having several MRI's and scans, they will be operating on October 17, 2023. The surgery will be extensive. She will have a hole in her head the size of a softball and have to break the bone under her left eye to get to tumor. If too close to nerve will not be able to get it all so would need chemo and radiation. They can't touch her right eye because her face would collapse. They will be taking tissue to see what stage it is. Jennifer and her mom, Kathleen Casey, need to stay in NYC for a month or more to be close to doctors in case of complications. This money will be used for medical reasons. PLEASE keep her in your prayers. Jennifer is struggling and needs all the love and support she can get.
