More information about MEN MATTER SCOTLAND: Men Matter Scotland is a positive support network for men living in Scotland. We provide support, services, sessions and groups aimed at both preventing and responding to mental health crisis and suicide. All our activities are free of charge. Me and 5 others will be doing a half marathon on the 20th of April to put towards a charity night in memory of Alistair Mckee. Any donation of any kind is gladly accepted and hopefully can hit our target and help raise more awareness!
