Sam's Care Fund

Brian Sampson "Sam" Has been dealing with medical issues for some time now and has recently had open heart surgury. Sam's Medical EI coverage has run out waiting for the operation and his insurance coverage does not cover lower valve surgery, He needs time to recover and cannot do this without financial help. Please help Sam's recovery and keep him out of work and harm until he recovers fully.  This fund will provide him with food and a warm place to stay until he can safely return to work.
