Leslie is a single mom of 2 girls at 35 weeks she gave birth to a baby boy who she named Silas Michael. Silas was born with cardio myopathy it effects one in every 100,000 babies! Silas was taken by C-Section on 6/21/18 unfortunately he only lived for a few days passing away on 6/23/18. (See updates on this campaign to follow his story) Leslie has decided to have Silas cremated but due to him being born in Chicago the cost is more expensive to have his body sent back to Peoria. Leslie is unable to work right now as she is recovering from her c-section and the devastating loss of her child. Any financial help would take the stress and burden from Leslie as this horrible time. All funds will be used for burial and living expenses for her family during this difficult time.
