Cure for Summer

My niece Summer is only 9 yearls old, and yet she is the strongest, kindest person I have ever known. A born fighter in the truest sense of the term, being born at  27 weeks and weighing only 2.5 pounds did not leave her with many options. Since than she has continued to fight to overcome the many complications that so often accompany those born prematurely.
Despite her struggles, Summer has always shown grace and gratitude. Even at a very young age Summer has demonstrated incredible compassion, and generosity, always wanting to help others. It seems everytime I see her she is starting a bake sale or creating her own charity to collect money for those less fortunate than herself. She is a shining example of the way we should all treat eachother.
 On January 18th, 2016, Summer was diagnosed with Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia (ALL). She now begins her latest, and most difficult fight yet. And it is now our turn to give to Summer, as she has so selflessly given to others.
I will be eternally grateful to all of those who are willing to help in anyway they can.
