Helping Shane Ismail to get back on his feet….

Shane suffered a brain aneurysm followed by a massive stroke on 21st October, 2022. A few weeks after admission, he was rushed to the Cardiac ICU. Due to the various complications associated with the stroke, Shane now has a heart condition which is being closely monitored.

Even though the doctors lost hope, it was your prayers and encouragement that kept him going. Despite the medical challenges and several surgeries over the past few weeks, your friendship and your prayers have strengthened us and made this miraculous recovery possible.

Shane has now entered Rehab for Speech, Cognitive and Physical Therapy. It will certainly be a long road ahead; however we are confident that he will fight every battle until he recovers and is able to go home.

This fund is established to cover the cost of the specialized surgeon's and doctor's fees, co-pays, deductibles and other expenses not covered by Medical Insurance during his 45 days in ICU, the Cardiac Unit, and now the Rehab Hospital which will most likely be for the next several weeks. According to the medical professionals, Shane will require medical and/or physical assistance for the next year or possibly longer.
