Medical expenses for Harley

My name is Quincy Scott and I have a miniature schnauzer named Harley. The poor little guy is having urinary tract issues and bladder stones. He's already had one emergency surgery, a few procedures, and ongoing meds. The expenses are getting beyond my means, but I can't bear to lose this little guy. He's my best friend. He's my family.
