Go The Distance

Sarah Caspell and TJ Trudo run outside of Fora Health in Southeast Portland as part of Go The Distance, a program that helps people in recovery get emotional support and get motivated. When people complete the program, they are given a new pair of running shoes to keep their new healthy habit going.

Through Its Season Of Sharing program, significant funds are raised each year to help social service agencies that serve individuals and families in Oregon and southwest Washington. The Oregonian Publishing Company bears most of the administrative costs of the charity thus maximizing the distribution of funds for worthy causes.
