Lightning Strike Charles Jackson

Charles is an Army Veteran that was doing roofing work on his mother's home when all of a sudden he was struck by a lightning bolt in his chest and it exited through his right leg. (It was not raining at the time of the strike).  We are asking for assistance with repairing the roof that he was attempting to repair (insurance companies will not insure homes in this neighborhood).  We are also asking for help for his medical bills that are incurring.
