Help 92 y.o. Ms. Lela

I’m a community activist and concerned neighbor in Richmond, ca. I have lived in Richmond for over 20 years. I am working with her along with others from the City of Richmond and Contra Costa County. Ms. Lela Madison is now homeless after living in her home for 54 years. She has been taken advantage of due to her age. She is now locked out of her home with no where to go. Can we help her with legal fees, first, last and deposit? I plan to take a check to her once SHE decides how best she wants to use it (legal assistance, permanent housing). Thank you for your help!
