Help me save my cat

My cat Niall started getting sick in October and I took him in and I thought he was getting better. This Wednesday 11/11/2020 I took him to the emergency room because he was not eating and had heavy breathing. 

They took him in and said he was in critical condition and needed to be admitted very quickly.That night they told me he had fluid in his chest and stomach; they proceeded to take it out and saw blood in the fluid (Dr said it was around 300 ml). They had a radiologist do an ultrasound and saw he had a large liver, they thought he had heart failure and has kidney disease. Doctor said he has a 55BUN kidney levels. And they also found lymph nodes. 

They brought in the Cardiologist for an emergency echocardiogram and found that his heart is abnormal but not leading to heart failure but he did see a large lymph on his chest. They have decided to get a cytology to check what kind of cancer he might have now that they’ve seen the lymphs are. I will keep updating as I get more news  

Niall is not an old cat he’s just about 9 years old that I’ve had the luck to have in my life for the past 7. He deserves to get the treatment he needs to get better. I know in times like these we are all struggling but I would really appreciate any help you all could give me and Niall.
