Help a military family in need. Gunnar Davis

Donation protected
This my active military son Ryan Davis, his wife Gina Davis and our very adorable grandson Gunnar.  Gunnar has been diagnosed with bacterial meningitis. It started a few days ago with a high fever and seizures. After going seeking medical care for the second time in 2 days, Gunnar and his Mom Gina were transported by plane to Stanford childrens hospital in Fargo, a 5 hour drive from Minot Air Force base in North Dakota.                                                        Gina and Gunnar were alone on the trip as Ryan had been on a temporary deployment to England. Once Ryan had gotten the terrible news on how ill Gunnar was, the USAF was able to get him home to be with his wife and child. Just last night, after flying home from England, Ryan drove to childrens hospital the 5 hours to Fargo ND.                                                                                                Gunnar is extremely sick little boy. He was nearly unresponsive when he arrived due to brain and spinal cord swelling. The treatment for bacterial meningitis is antibiotics and steroids for a very long time. He is getting morphine to help with his pain. Gunnar is fighting this horrible infection that is throughout his body.                        This family has been stricken heavily with sadness and depression over the past few months with the death of Gina's mother, 2 miscarriages as they are trying to have a second child.                                                                 One thing I know, when someone joins the military, they want to serve our country. They dont join the military to become rich. So living paycheck to paycheck is not unusual for military families, especially in the beginning stages of their career.                                                                         I have started the fundraiser to get emergency funds to them for just the basics. The Ryan and Gina are staying with Gunnar at the hospital, while he fights this very serious disease. My goal is to help them with their food and personal care items for the next 30 days, as they are 5 hours away from the convenience of home. Even a very small donation of 5 dollars can by a sandwich in the hospital cafeteria, so every donation helps. From the bottom of my heart, I sincerely thankyou for reading their story.
