Funeral Expenses For A Loving Father

As most of you know, my father passed away June 28 Thursday morning at 9:48am after a long battle with cancer. He was supposed to have the tumor removed but when it came to the day to do so, it spread way too much. The doctors wanted to throw in the towel and give up but, just like my dad he didn’t want to ever give up. He started radiation and chemo. Everyday through out the week he would get radiation. I could see the pain in his eyes. My mom would always tell him if it’s too much that he didn’t have to go through with it but, I know deep down that he did it for us. Because he loved us. My family was everything to him. It’s how he kept fighting. His perseverance was out of this world. I’ve never met someone that had a drive like him. Through all the pain and suffering, he is now with god. It gives me comfort knowing that he is no longer in pain. My family and I want to plan a funeral for him in a couple of weeks.
