Hari Om everyone! I go by SammyVada. Some of you may know me from TikTok or other Social Media Platforms, where I discuss Dharmic Traditions and Philosophy with Hindus and Non-Hindus alike. 



Through my interactions I have had the chance to reflect on where we as a community stand, especially among the diaspora. It is my genuine observation and that of many others I have spoken to, that, over the last several years we have seen a rapid deterioration of a unified Hindu voice and sense of community in the west. The result of this is that many South Asian Hindus admittedly sense ha decline in cultural connection as well as in a spiritual one. With life returning to whatever normalcy is possible post-pandemic, there is no better time than now to reestablish our Dharmic traditions and community. In doing so we not only help ourselves but future generations.

The way to achieve this is by implementation of the practical wisdom handed down to us. This will allow for Hindus in the west to lean on our dharma and use it as a source of communal and spiritual strength as we go out into the world.

 The Goal: To revitalize the Yogic Tradition of Sanatana Dharma.



1) To create an online community amongst Hindus and other Dharmic Spiritual Paths. This community will be based on friendship and a sense of belonging.

 2) To educate our community on the depths of Sanatani Spirituality. This means going beyond the aesthetics of our Dharma in order to connect the dots between what we outwardly manifest and identify as Hindu practices, and the underlying concepts, which many, if not all, our practices stem from.

 
3) To promote good social and economic causes. To rally our community behind a unified cause of bringing positive change to the world.

 For those who have followed my journey so far, you will know that I have worked hard over the last two years to build a platform for all of us to grow out of. I hope that this will be a foundation to uplift other aspiring creators. I would like for those willing, and comfortable with putting themselves out there, to help take this platform to a higher level. The current plan is to create a network of creators who contribute to a joint Dharmic platform which utilizes the pre-existing presence of my individual account. The advantage to this is that it both grows individual platforms, and bypasses the need to establish a platform from complete scratch, which can be often be a daunting task.

 The goal is to have our voices heard, and presence felt. Social media is a powerful tool and can lead to real world change. Below is a non-exhaustive list of some ideas I have come up with for videos on social media platforms (TikTok, IG reels, Youtube, Podcasts etc.)

v. Hosting Interfaith Dialogue - Comparing/Contrasting
vi. Highlight and show reverence for other Dharmic Traditions that have ideological continuity with Hinduism.
vii. Underscore and demonstrate comparison with American Indigenous, Polynesian Indigenous, Mesoamerican, and East Asian Spirituality

 However, pushing this initiative will have to be a full time commitment. I alone do not have the capital to jump start this initiative alone.. It will sustain the process to hopefully achieve monetization through social media ad revenue. Your contributions will go towards improving production quality through giving more time and attention to each piece of content, improving production quality, and give us the flexibility.
