Mental Health Awarness

Tax deductible

This journey began on May 18, 2024, out of Weaver, Alabama. Armed with a cart with all of his life support, Robert Luna walked out of his hometown and traversed the United States on foot all the way to Los Angeles, California. We are just TEN DAYS AWAY from the base finale.

Robert has met thousands of veterans, travelers, active servicemembers, first responders- all kinds of people along Route 66. Every single interaction was a story in how we all need each other and sometimes we don't know how to ask for help.

This is where AL2LA comes in. The AL2LA Foundation (Phase II) of this mission is dedicated to taking the funds raised along Robert's walk to create programs to connect veterans and transitioning servicemembers to training and support. Mental health is not a stigma, it is something that should be spoken about as regularly as a physical ailment may be in conversation in the stands at a football game. Robert aims to change that rhetoric- bring help to the person with little to no wait time, and a message that help and hope are on the way.

Please help him on in this mission and donate today!
