Help Ann get back on her feet

Hello, my name is Ann and I am fundraising for myself.

I know it’s been a rough few years for many. Covid shook up many peoples lives in many ways. I lost my job due to the pandemic. It was a blessing in one way. I was available to help take care of my mother. It was difficult time to find another job and my mother then passed away.

Still looking for a job, my old car became too old and unfixable. After the car a broke down I broke my left femur. I had surgery to have a rod and several screws put in.

After the surgery and rehab I went back looking for a job and now it HAD to be a stay at home because of my car and leg situation. Took awhile but find a good job.

Then as of January 13th I was laid off. Have been trying for months to find another stay at home job. With all the medical expense and paying for transportation,I.e, Ubers am out of money. I’ve made it through the last couple of months. I’ve now found a job but it doesn’t start till almost the end of April.

Just looking for help till I start bring money in the house again and to prevent myself from getting evicted from my apartment. I’m looking to raise enough to make it through April and get back on my feet. My still using a walker to get around and have no car. If I just make through April I should be okay.

I appreciate any help so I can keep going and your time for reading my story.

Update:  My new job is ending up not starting till May 8th and new medical expenses have popped up. The cost of medication went up. I’m getting closer to getting my life back. Just need to get through the next couple of weeks and a regular paycheck will be coming in.
