Stardust Jiu Jitsu

Stardust Jiu Jitsu, a non-profit martial arts & Wrestling program for kids in Memphis, is committed to providing all kids with after school opportunities and support, so that they can feel nurtured and reach their full potential. We began in 2013 in a small garage, comprised of kids mostly from South Memphis and Midtown Memphis. We have been in our beautiful Binghampton studio for over 1 year now, and we are a thriving team of 120+ teenagers!! Led by Lucas Trautman (a former coach of the nationally ranked CBHS Wrestling team), our mission continues to be to nurture kids to experiment with complex movement, feel supported, and thrive. Because of the talent and commitment of our current Stardust grapplers, we see the importance of taking our middle and high schoolers on the competition circuit, which will give them exposure to college wrestling coaches, and potentially yield life-changing college wrestling scholarships.
