Serious Motocross Accident Pls Help!

Hello! Thank you for taking time to read about my hero, my father. July 21st 2018 my dad was in a serious dirt bike accident. My father suffered a blowout at a high rate of speed and woke up in a tree with his carbon fiber composite helmet broken covered in blood from head to toe, with a mangled wrist and a broken back! I received a call, then a hang up. Then a second call and all I could hear was wind, then the call disconnected. The last call right after I answered I heard a faint moaning sound of pain and then the words “Help me, help me please,” in my dads voice, and then nothing. If you could only imagine getting that phone call. Thankfully my father was not alone that day and a buddy found him unconscious head first into a tree. The first thing he saw was my fathers mangled wrist. Then he looked at his face and my father had bitten through his lip and was covered in blood from head to toe. My father was wearing full body gear, boots, helmet, face-guard etc but still encountered life changing injuries. My father called 911 but later declined air support only because he cannot afford an ambulance or air vac costs; so he declined and waited for his friend. My dad laid in the hot AZ sun which soars over 101 degrees easily for about an hour until his friend could come. When his friend arrived they got a flat tire. This delayed my father further from medical attention. I truly wish I was there after receiving that call but unfortunately I’m a single parent with two children coming out if an abusive marriage and am barley making it myself :’( I wish there was more I could do, I really do! Upon arriving to the hospital (HonorHeath on 27th ave and the Loop 101, Phoenix AZ), we were advised my father would be sedated to try and set his wrist back into place (left wrist.) What most people don’t know is my dad got custody of my brother and I and worked two jobs to keep food on the table. My father is left handed and that’s what pays the bills. He is an optician by day and a musician by night. My father has worked two jobs for the last 30 years to provide for my brother and myself etc. . We are very grateful and I would be so humbled to say we could help him back. My father is honest, loyal and has never left our side from day one! I only wish I could return the favor to help him. 07/21/2018 my father was admitted to HonorHeath Deer Valley Hospital AZ with a shattered wrist and a broken back with a concussion. His surgery will be 6-8 hours long on 07/22/2018 where they will be adding screws, pins and plates into his back and wrist. In the 30 years of my existence I have never seen my father break or shed a tear; but when the doctors told him his crushed back bones are extremely unstable and he could face paralysis the tears ran down his face into his neck brace like I had never seen before. All I could do is wish I could absorb his pain. At that moment I felt what he was feeling and I felt a pain in my heart I had never felt before. It was absolutely terrifying because I am barley making it as a single parent and hearing my dad say he didn’t have insurance or enough money saved to pay for surgeries hurt! A LOT!!!! My dad shattered his left wrist and four vertebrae in his back. We are asking for any donations. Please help save my dad as he saved us! I have no problem updating his status as we are on a long road to recovery. I have pulled my life savings to save my father but I’m afraid it’s just not enough. Please if you can help anything even your prayers is much needed and appreciated. We thank you for taking time to read our story. The picture of my father shown was his proof that he was alive to me after that terrifying phone call. I deeply apologize if none of this makes sense. I’ve been up since 1:30am the previous day for work and have not slept since. My father needs me and I will sacrifice whatever it takes to save my hero! We thank you for anything you can help with. Respectfully, Ashley B. And David B.
