Leslie's fight, against Wilms Cancer

Hi my name is Alison, A friend of mine Jessica Cooke has a little boy who has been diagnosed with Wilms cancer. WIlms cancer is a children's cancer that affects the kidneys but can spread

to other organs and children suffering from this heart breaking condition need your help.

Leslie was a happy 4 year old little boy but in December 2023 started to become unwell, and was sleeping 18 hours a day which we all know is not right. His mum Jessica repeatedly took him to hospital but nothing was investigated, when Leslie woke up one morning in March 2024 he had a lump on the side of his stomach, Jessica took him once again to hospital after many tests and scans Leslie was diagnosed with Wilms cancer. After weeks in hospital Leslie underwent 2 major operations as the cancer had spread, Leslie is having intense chemotherapy and radiotherapy to try and beat this, he has a very long road ahead of him.

We decided to help and have organised a charity sky dive, this sky dive is being done by two very good friends Joe Bone and Elijah Mealing. The skydive takes place on 30th August at 1pm at headcorn.

Let's help Leslie and many children with the same condition, no parent should have to watch there child go through this heart breaking condition
