Support Dustin's Journey to Recovery

My name is Marcy Loss. We are raising money to help with medical services and family needs during our son's long road to recovery.

On Monday, September 16, Dustin collapsed at work and suffered an aortic dissection. He underwent 10 hours of open-heart surgery and now is in the process of recovering. Dustin is still in CICU and currently paralyzed from the waist down, has limited eyesight, and is intubated. We are thankful that God spared Dustin, as he is a loving husband, father of two beautiful children (ages 3 1/2 and 9 months), son, and friend.

Due to the severity of the dissection, it caused a spinal cord stroke, and doctors are not hopeful about the paralysis improving. He will be in CICU for another 2 weeks and eventually transferred to a long-term rehabilitation facility for extensive treatment for several months. Once discharged, the family will need to move to wheelchair ADA housing.

Dustin was the only provider for the family and this is going to be a devastating financial setback for them.

We are looking for any donations to help the family with medical bills, monthly bills, and childcare needs.
