HELP BRING BABY HOME

Hi my name is Brandon. I need help bringing my daughter home. The mother of my child who I was taking care of financially and was physically there through her entire pregnancy; out of spite kept me away from all doctors appointments and even the birth of our baby. I drove by and called every hospital the day of the birth looking for her to see where my baby was being born but the hospital refused to give information. The mother lied to me and told me my baby died from SIDS so that I wouldn’t go looking for her; and so I wouldn’t find out about the adoption agency being involved . She gave her up for adoption and received funds from the adoption agency without telling me she was going to do this. The adoption agency reached out to me a few days after my daughter was born and told me they had her; they legally had to reach out because the mother listed me as the father. I told them that I don’t consent to them going through with the adoption. I wasn’t able to sign the birth certificate because she lied about where she was having her. She made me miss out on signing the certificate and being there for my child. In Florida unmarried fathers are being robbed of their parental rights. I have been robbed of my rights as a father. I’ve been battling this case for a year and a half. I’ve never physically seen or got to hold my daughter. I only have a few pictures of her that the mother took before she was taken at birth and given directly to the agency. I am now having to appeal my rights being stripped away for nonpayment to the adoption agency. I didn’t pay them because they’ve had her this entire time and haven’t given me my rights so I thought I didn’t have to pay them. I have receipts of all the funds, baby clothes, crib, and all baby accessories that I purchased for my daughter and receipts for money given to the mother to save for the baby up until she was born. I am a law abiding citizen and parent and all I want is my child to be home and taken care of by her biological father. Please help I need all the help I can. The appeal may take another year and a half to fight. My daughter is getting older, I am heartbroken. The funds will be used to pay attorneys fees. I own a tree service and have been busting my butt off making payments while having to pay my bills. I am a hardworking responsible man; donations are welcomed.
