Perla’s Medical Expenses

UPDATE: As many of you know I had a pretty bad accident on February 9th where i was hit by a car (I was a pedestrian). I had surgery in my right leg to reconstruct my MCL. I was released from the hospital and have been healing from broken ribs , bruises, and  scars at home. I'm able to walk without a walker or crutches. I still cant fold my knee all the way but thankfully, my Dr. Finally gave me the green light to get physical therapy. Unfortunately the places he can only refer me to won't take me without health insurance. And as you know the guy who hit me with his car didn't have any type of insurance.***Im NOT LOOKING FOR LEGAL ADVISE*** I fully understand if you can't donate at this time I ask you please share.   My cashapp,zelle, and venmo will be in the comments aswell. As some of you may know by now I had an accident leaving work Wednesday (2/9/22) night. I stopped to help a couple who had lost control and ended up in the middle of the street right infront of our work parking lot. I stopped to help them so no one would hit them since the way their car was positioned wouldn't show their emergency lights.. As I flagged people to go to the next lane a guy was coming fast came towards me with his car I tried to getaway and tried to run to the front of My car and the car followed and hit me.. I don't recall landing or anything else just waking up to the paramedics putting the neck brace on me and alot of pain. The guy who hit me was there when I woke up he apologized and was crying, he seemed remorseful and devastated..I was hit on my left side, I'm currently at a UTMB. I have; 2 broken ribs, 1broken knee, 1 broken shin, Ruptured ligaments Fractured femur, Broken spline with internal bleeding. I was notified yesterday that I will have surgery Monday (2/14/22) on my leg to reconstruct my ligaments and fix my knee. Please keep my family and me in your prayers

Perla is a selfless person who will give the shirt off her back if you are in need and now it’s our turn to do the same for her during this difficult time. She has a husband and 3 beautiful children who are struggling with seeing her in this condition.
