Help me Win this Cancer Fight

7 years ago, 2012, I discovered a small lump in my armpit which was ultimately determined to be cancerous and diagnosed as Infiltrating Ductal Carcinoma; HER2+. One year later, 2013, a lumpectomy was performed but no further standard treatment was agreed to. For 7 years I have done various protocols to boost my immune system which has seemingly kept me alive but has not eradicated the cancer. Today I live with inflamed tumors on the surface of and around my breast. Each day I live with bleeding, oozing and an odor which requires long showers to stop the bleeding (and potential transfusions of which I have had two). Then wrap up in sterile bandages to get dressed. In 2016 I began to experience debilitating pain in the breast which sometimes lasts for 12 hours. The movement of my breast prevents me from riding in a car without pain, so my life is limited and seemingly hopeless at times. In 2018 I consented to chemotherapy in the form of Monoclonal antibodies to target the immune system specifically, which seemingly has helped the pain some but not entirely. The recommended treatment was surgery until a CT scan revealed metastasis to the lungs and liver. Because of the radical nature of the surgery, due to the tumor size, and my body structure, there is an inability to close the wound. That being said the first surgery would be breast removal, the second surgery a skin graft to patch it up. However, the surgical oncologist has ruled out surgery at this time in the hopes that the proposed chemotherapy protocol will eventually help with tumor shrinkage. Surgery would prevent the continuance of chemotherapy. I desperately need care from a facility which is focused on cause rather than surgery, chemotherapy and radiation. Hopefully knowing the cause would stop new tumor growth, the associated pain, and reliance on Opioids to assist with the pain. I have located several that seem promising at this point; most in Arizona, Nevada, and Mexico. The costs have consistently ranged from $40K to $100K which include the consultation, blood tests and prescribed care, both inpatient and outpatient. I contend that time is of the essence, the money is needed immediately, as the cancer is stage 4 and because I can't remove my breast I am hopeful that a facility with targeted care would be helpful in shrinking the tumors and result in ultimate healing. I never thought I'd have to ask strangers for help but my need is urgent and I am hopeful that help is forthcoming. Thank you in advance.
