Dollar's for Demi

Hi, my name is Erica and as many of you know I have a twin sister Emily. And right now Emily and her family need our help! Her son Demi, who's already faced so many life changing challenges, now faces a very serious life threatening condition and will need a liver transplant in order to save his life! He is only 11 years old. He has been a fighter his whole short life! But in the face of this new diagnosis of Hepatopulmonary Syndrome caused by Abernathy Malformation both very rare and serious conditions. Our family needs all the help love and prayers that anyone can give. So I'm starting this fundraiser in hopes to help ease any financial burden they may face in the months to come as they go through the start of the transplant process. I have also included a list of his other conditions below.
