Andrew’s fight for Family and Time with terminal cancer….

Donation protected
I am raising money for my daughter and her family. Andrew Morse has been diagnosed with Ocular Melanoma Cancer. This is a very rare cancer. His liver biopsy will test to see if he is one of 45% of the population that has this certain type of protein, HLAA0201. If he does have that protein, they will treat with an immunotherapy called KIMMTRAK. If he doesn't have the protein, they will do the other type of immunotherapy. About 1/3 of people make it a year with the immunotherapy. Unfortunately, this is terminal and the immunotherapy will only work to extend his life. Without treatment, he will make it another couple of months. Because this is such a rare cancer, there is not a lot of data. However, nobody knows everything, and anything is possible. He's young, he's strong. Biopsy is on Friday, 1/17. We have another onc appointment on Tuesday, 1/21. The oncologist said he may jump-start an immunotherapy without the biopsy results since those can take about 2 weeks.

These funds will help Andrew and his family during this difficult period in their lives.
Thank you so very much
