Help Riley Walk Again

This is Riley, our 7 year old German Shepherd. This morning I went out to give him his  daily breakfast when I noticed he was dragging his hind legs. Which was completely odd since the night before he was perfectly fine.  Not knowing what was wrong, we immediately took him to the vet.  They did blood work, took some x-rays, and gave him some medication.  The doctor could not really pinpoint what exactly was wrong with him. They told us he had spinal inflammation and has no feeling in his hind legs. We were referred to a neurologist for further examination. Currently Riley's back home under antibiotics. As we know vet visits are never cheap, and Riley's going to need further neurological tests to diagnose him. So we are asking for anything you guys can help us with to help get Riley a visit with a Neurologist.
