I need your help!

Hi, my name is Jasmine Romero and this is my baby Jade she is 9. She was visiting with my father, when a pack of 10 wild dogs attacked her. She fought as much as she could and we ended up having to put her down. I tool the lady that was responsible to court for them.to only make her responsible for $1000. She has yet to make any sort of payment. Her final bill was around $4132. I have been making payments but still owe $3000. I am devestated and would greatly appreciate any help for Jade. It's been a Rollercoaster of emotions, as I lost my father shortly after. So things have been even harder. Again anything is appreciated even just a share.
