YWAM Kona - Discipleship Training School

Hey Guys! My name is Morgan and I am SO stoked about this new journey. I am headed to the big island of Hawaii to join Youth With a Mission in Kona. I begin my discipleship training on January 7th at YWAM. This discipleship training school means so much to me as I will become equipped and trained to go into the world and make disciples and show the love of Christ. My greatest desire is to see hearts turned to the Father and bring glory to his name. At YWAM, I’ll have the chance to build my foundation and fulfill the great commission. Along with my dts, I have chosen a track called Respect the Corners. I am particularly psyched about this, as it is focused around fitness and CrossFit coaching. Through this track, I get to merge not only my passion for fitness but my my even greater passion for Jesus. I will learn to use training and coaching as a vessel to spread the Gospel and the Good News. (How freakin awesome is that?!?). 

This experience is six months long and ends with an outreach/missions trip. Because of the length of this and the nature of the training, it will cost $10,000. I have made it my personal goal to save up $5,000 to cover my plane tickets and the rest of the cost. I’ve become diligent about getting all the extra hours at work that I can, because I am so passionate about this dts. 
I believe God is the ultimate provider and he is always faithful to provide, but I also believe in my community. Any amount is so appreciated. I am so grateful for contributions into helping make more disciples.
