My best friend just came home today to find half of her house was burnt down.
She left for work that morning and turned on the heater so her baby could nap in a warm room. Later the outlet blew up and flames erupted. Daddy thankfully heard the baby and rescued the 18 month old from the room. There was no saving the room though. It was absolutely ruined. EVERYTHING for the baby was GONE. Crib, clothes, dresser, toys, shoes, diapers, rocking chair... everything gone.
Now they have to replace everything. We all know or can imagine how expensive it can be to furnish and clothe a baby from scratch.
