Dear Friends and Family,

We are deeply saddened by the sudden loss of James Tippens, lovingly known as Jim and Jimbo to his friends and loved ones, passed away on October 7, 2024, at 3:45 pm, after a courageous battle with pneumonia complicated by his diabetes.

Jim was an extraordinary individual, renowned for his incredible talent as a guitar player. His musical journey took him across the country, sharing his passion with countless fans. Beyond his impressive skills, Jim was a kind-hearted and compassionate soul, touching every life he encountered.

To his family and friends, Jim was more than an exceptional musician – he was a beloved companion, cherished for his warmth, generosity, and infectious spirit. His wife, Carrie ("Princess"), is devastated by the sudden loss of her husband of 23 years.

As we surround Carrie with love and support during this unbearable time, we appreciate any contribution to help with funeral expenses, medical expenses and relocation needs. Your generosity will be a testament to the impact Jim had on our lives.

Fly high, Jim. Play with the angels, and may your music echo through heaven.
