Support Molly’s last Brain Surgery
Donation protected
Molly has been battling intractable epilepsy for three years and just had her first two diagnostic brain surgeries in late July. Next week Molly will be traveling from her home in Des Moines, Iowa, to the Cleveland Clinic to have the surgery she’s been waiting for. Molly will be getting 1/4 of her brain removed in an effort towards a seizure free life. She is incurring brain damage at an incredibly fast rate and needs to have surgery as soon as possible. In addition to her diseased brain tissue due to epilepsy, the doctors have also found a lesion on her brain that will be removed next week. We have done our best at keeping up with bills, but because of the extreme nature of this surgery, we have chartered a flight to bring her to Cleveland, to pick her up after surgery, and to bring her back to Des Moines where she will rehab at Childserve. We are raising money to help pay for her upcoming charter costs of $35,000-$40,000. We have been blessed to have so many donations we have been able to put towards her medical care over the last year, but are now focused on getting her through the last leg of her journey.
