“We are the friends and family of the Chappell family, who tragically lost their only son, Isaiah, in a senseless attack on Sunday, July 26, 2020.  He was 22 years of age, with a lifetime ahead of him, that was cut far too short. He leaves behind his beloved parents Regina and Steve. Isaiah was a bright and thoughtful young man who cared for his family, friends and community, while making a tremendous impact on everyone he came across. Anyone who has ever been blessed enough to have had the opportunity of meeting Isaiah, Regina and Steve knows what truly genuine and compassionate people they are. They embody what it means to proactively be the positive influence we need in this world.
