A chance at life

my name is Jeremy and im 36 years old and battleing diabetes since i was a small child. Due from diabetes I have gotten glaucoma and macular deterioration which caused me to be legally blind and has made me unable to work or easily get around. I get social security every month which is a very limited amount of funds to live on. I also suffer from depression. 6 months ago I was hospitalized with phnomonia which was then I was diagnosed with stage 5 kidney failure and would have to be on dialysis for the rest of my life unless I can get a kidney transplant. I found out that my heart is healthy but i need a lot of dental work done in order to get on a list to get a transplant, but my insurance does not cover dental and I can not financially afford it. I would like to be given the chance to live a long and healthy life and money is the only thing holding me back.
