J.Youngblood v. Great Neck Lawsuit

Judith Youngblood, a resident of The Village of Great Neck, New York on Long Island has filed a lawsuit against the Board of Trustees over an LED streetlight that is intruding on her property and has taken away her enjoyment of her own property. As we are all aware, legal fees can get quite expensive and she is in need of assistance since the village has decided to fight her in court. If you believe that no municipality, neighbor, business or otherwise has any sort of right to cause light trespass upon your property then, her fight is your fight.
