Thor's Vet Emergency

Hi, I'm John and this is Thor, he isn't just a dog he's one of my kids. Our family has been through so much in the last year, we can't take another loss. I've spent thousands of dollars at the Vet already for Mr Thor, he has pancreatitus, they are not a 24 hour veterinarian and so they keep sending him home. Since his care is not 24 hour IV and Medication, when he comes home it's 1 step forward but 2 steps back and as simply put as I can I have no more money, our bank account is dry, credit cards maxed and thus I cannot take him to 24 hour care he so desperately needs, they won't help without payment up front. 

UPDATE

Thor has received the needed surgery and is currently recovering at home. The total costs exceed $9000, the Vet is charging 31% interest on this bill so any help is so much appreciated.
