Stephen(Branol)Kathale Funeral Fund

On Tuesday, September 25 at approximately 10:30 pm the young life of 27-year-old Stephen Maithya Kathale was cut short.  He was murdered in Palm Springs, California, another victim of gun violence. At this time the police have no suspects nor have any eyewitness come forward. Stephen was a one-of-a-kind friend, brother and colleague. He was ambitious, adventurous and a truly reliable companion. He had a way of making everybody feel important and lived life on the belief that everything works out in the end. One of his last posts on social media reads "Don't cry because it's over, smile because it happened.”  Stephen's family is back in his home country of Kenya. We are a group of friends and well-wishers based here in the U.S. working with the family to transport his body back home, to Kenya, so the family can have closure and give him a dignified burial.  Kindly consider donating to this cause and helping Stephen to rest in peace.
