Help a friend escape domestic violence

For the victim’s safety, I have to keep this incredibly vague. I do, however, have several people involved in the extraction/relocation who will corroborate the details of this situation and vouch for where the funds are going.

We are helping a friend trapped in a physically and financially abusive situation relocate safely.
