Trip To Kenya Camps International

My name is Amalie and I'm 15. I have been given the incredible opportunity to go on a life changing experience to Kenya for 4 weeks in 2020. Camps International is a project which helps to develop communities based on their needs and priorities. Whilst we're there we may be contributing to projects such as; building classrooms, installing clean water supplies and building new homes for vulnerable families. The projects are designed to improve living standards for the community in an ecological and sustainable way. We will also be focusing on protecting and enhancing eco systems for the benefit of wildlife. This involves digging watering holes for elephants, assisting with sea turtle conservation and making elephant dung paper. I will also be privileged enough to teach the younger children English and hopefully learn some Swahili! Donations of any amount will be appreciated as this will help me to support a wonderful cause.
