6:8 Ministries Mission Trip

Hi, my name is Sam Katz and I am fundraising for an opportunity to participate in a 6:8 Ministries Mission Trip to Costa Rica. I have spent most of my life observing pain and oppression from afar; feeling sad and sorry for the suffering, donating when and where I can, but feeling like I can't actually make a difference. I can no longer remain on the sidelines and will do everything I can to provide more than just money - I desire to give my time, my hands, my words and my heart.

6:8 Ministries is a non-profit, non-denominational, missions organization that exists to strengthen and expand God's kingdom here on earth. We accomplish this through various local ministries, as well as hosting affordable, life-changing, short-term mission experiences to Costa Rica. We strive to lead by example and challenge others to care for the poor, love the unloved, and bring hope to the hopeless. We work to reach the lost and dying world with the life giving message of of Jesus Christ.
