PRAY FOR VAE

As most of you know my pretty pretty princess Nevaeh is in the hospital. She has a terminal disease called Niemann-pick C1. Currently which has caused lung disease, liver disease, enlarged tummy due to enlarged liver and spleen. Neurological issues, slowed speech, eye movement and balance issues. On monday night I noticed she was breathing really fast so I took her to the nearest ER. They found a large amount of fluid around her right lung. Since Vae recieves her care at Seattle Childrens Hospital they transferred us by ambulance here so she could have the best care. They ran all kinds of tests for days and started her on diuretics in attempt to get rid of the fluid. They also found the right side of her heart is working too hard so there is pressure/stress on her heart. The diuretics weren't working too well so they put a chest tube in. They will be checking soon to see if draining the fluid from around her lung takes the stress from her heart. If not they may potentially have to do a heart surgery. Unfortunately we are stuck here until further notice, with that said I've already missed a weeks with of work and its not likely I'll be returning next week. To be honest they don't even have an estimate of when we may get to leave. I'm a single mom of my two babies, so my employment is what we are supported from. If you find it in your heart to donate for our October bills we would graciously appreciate it. Whatever money raised left over will go to a new more supportive carseat for Nevaeh until we are able to get approved for a medical carseat, a bed rail for her bed, a block to raise her matress to help her lungs while she sleeps, and a camera monitor so I can monitor her while she sleeps.
