Clay's Recovery

On Monday, March 24th Clay Mitchell and three others were buried in a fatal avalanche. By the incredible efforts of the rescue team Clay survived and was transferred to Trail ICU. He sustained a massive amount of damage in his legs, and, after multiple surgeries, he is looking at a long road to recovery.

As one of Clay’s closest friends I’ve been receiving so many requests on how people can help him and his family through this difficult time. Sometimes it takes a tragedy to realize how much love and support you have. Thank you all.

I’ve set up a Gofundme in hopes of helping eliminate the financial stress during the coming months of recovery, and to give the people who love Clay and Mya an outlet to help them.

The families of the three who lost their lives in the avalanche need your support too. I know communities near and far are reeling from the loss of three such incredible humans. Jeff Keenan, Alex Pashley, and Jason Remple you are loved and you are missed.
