Bushfire trauma/mental health Support ongoing

Will Connolly (aka "Eggboy") and Magda Szubanski are raising money to help bushfire victims.

This is for long term help with trauma and mental health support.

LET PEOPLE KNOW THAT LONG AFTER THE FIRES HAVE BURNT OUT, WE WILL STILL BE HERE TO SUPPORT THOSE WHO HAVE SUFFERED. 

We feel that lots of money is going into short term help but we need to be there for these people for the long haul as well. It is going to be very hard for them in the coming weeks, months, years. 

Thanks again to everyone for your continued support and generosity. We are making strides towards finding the organizations we want to benefit from this campaign. We're in talks with a few community, state-wide, and national organizations and will keep you posted as decisions are made. 


We are also speaking with some people who helped with repercussions after the 2009 Melbourne fires and can't wait to share some of the findings and lessons they shared with us later on.
