Kevin Schumacher Recovery Fund

On January 8, 2014, Kevin was admitted to Harborview Medical Center due to a life-threatening infection from a tooth abscess that had spread to his neck and chest causing tissue damage and threatening vital organs. He has had daily surgeries to combat the spread of infection since his admission and this will continue for days/weeks until no signs of infection remain. The doctors have said that if he survives this, he will require surgical reconstruction and months of rehabilitation.

Thank you to all his friends and family who have showered Kevin with love, well-wishes, and prayers. Although he is sedated on a ventilator and cannot speak, he can hear and responds in other ways so know that these words of encouragement are helping him.

Several people have also expressed a desire to help financially in his recovery, and so this fund was created with an arbitrary goal to provide a way for you to give to him if you desire. Every dollar will go toward helping him.
